I had such a comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. The TV was great because it pulls out so you can watch from the couch or bed. I also loved having my own balcony. The location was very convenient, being near the highway and a mall with many restaurant options. The breakfast was delicious, too.

Great stay for a romantic escape! We were impressed by the hotel's location, right by the highway exit, which made it easy for us to reach nearby attractions. The breakfast offered was delicious, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable. We also found the parking to be convenient.

There was some noise from other guests in the hallways, but it didn't disturb our sleep. The bathroom layout was a bit odd with the sink outside, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a romantic getaway.

This hotel's location is perfect, with everything nearby. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the room service breakfast was amazing. Additionally, the view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the gym offered is one of the best leisure facilities I've seen in a while. As a young person, I enjoyed the variety of activities available, from the pool to the arcade room.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was not strong enough.

The hotel was in a convenient location and provided a clean and spacious room with useful amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was helpful and friendly. Additionally, the hotel's bistro and bar were advantageous for a quick bite or drink.

Although the hotel had positives, the cleanliness of the room was not perfect as the hand towels had some stains. Also, the breakfast was not as expected for an early morning meeting with no fruits available to grab in a hurry.

Our romantic escape was made even better by the chilly room temperature, which was perfect for the hot summer day. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, which made our check-in process pleasant. The comfortable beds and favorite Tea Tree shampoos in the shower were fantastic perks. The outdoor courtyard with grilling options was an added bonus for us.

Our stay was not as peaceful as we had hoped. Although we were given a suite with a pull-out sofa as there was a scheduling issue, it was uncomfortable and we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. The noise level was unbearable, and sleep was impossible due to multiple families having parties in the courtyard. The inconsiderate behavior of other guests and the noise continued well past midnight, ruining our romantic getaway.

It offers good prices. It's an incredible base for one night. Besides, we had Wi Fi. Really enjoyed dining at Pronto Joey's, set within 15 minutes' walk:)))

Shame the bathroom was cramped.

It states when making the reservations, that breakfast was included. It is not included, you get a 20.00 coupon towards the breakfast. So it still costed us 20.00 as breakfast was 40.00.

A little complicated to get to from the thruway but worth the confusion!

I was told I wouldn't be charged until check in, if I made it due to weather and family illness, that was not the case. I was charged and couldn't make it.

it was relatively close to where we needed to be

The beds were saggy and uncomfortable, the alarm clock was broken and continually went off, I actually had to unplug it and bring it down to the front desk, the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine and we were missing pillows.
